Welcome to NURA. Emotional Wellness Companion.
NURA is operated under the trade name With Love Ana, based in Quito, Ecuador.
By accessing or using NURA, withloveana.com, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to use NURA.
By using NURA, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. WHAT NURA IS
NURA is an emotional wellness companion designed to help users explore feelings, recognize patterns, and find calmer and clearer next steps through Guided Clarity Sessions.
NURA supports personal reflection and emotional wellness.
3. WHAT NURA IS NOT
NURA does not provide:
- Medical advice.
- Diagnosis.
- Treatment.
- Therapy.
- Psychiatric care.
- Emergency services.
NURA is not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care.
Do not disregard professional advice because of something received through NURA.
4. EMERGENCIES
NURA is not intended for emergencies.
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or require urgent assistance, contact the emergency services available in your location or seek qualified professional help.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate email and billing information when required.
- Use NURA responsibly and lawfully.
- Make your own decisions and verify important information with qualified professionals.
- Avoid attempting to bypass trial limits, subscription requirements, or security controls.
- Understand that conversation history is generally limited to the browser and device where it was created.
- Understand that entering an email does not restore browser-local conversation history on another device.
6. FREE ACCESS
NURA currently provides one free Guided Clarity Session subject to a limit of 15 messages.
The free experience may be modified or discontinued in the future.
After the free limit is reached, continued access to Guided Clarity Sessions requires an active subscription.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
The current public NURA subscription is offered for the price displayed on the NURA pricing page and Lemon Squeezy checkout.
At the Last Updated date, the subscription is:
- USD $9.99 per month.
- Billed monthly.
- Unlimited Guided Clarity Sessions while the subscription remains active.
- Available in English, Spanish, and Japanese.
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for paid NURA subscriptions.
Lemon Squeezy processes the transaction, recurring billing, applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the applicable recurring fee until cancellation.
8. SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION
Subscription access is associated with the email used in NURA and provided during checkout.
Using a different or unidentified email may delay or prevent automatic activation.
The subscriber is responsible for providing the correct email during the subscription process.
9. CANCELLATION
You may cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or the cancellation method provided with the purchase.
Access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the status displayed by Lemon Squeezy.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for time already paid.
10. REFUNDS
NURA does not offer an automatic seven-day money-back guarantee.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a refund is expressly approved.
Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, may process approved refunds or chargebacks in accordance with its policies and applicable requirements.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
- Use NURA for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to NURA or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass access limits, subscriptions, or paywalls.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where expressly permitted by law.
- Upload or transmit content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Interfere with service availability or security.
12. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the messages and information you submit.
You grant us a limited right to process that information only as reasonably required to:
- Provide responses.
- Operate and maintain NURA.
- Secure and troubleshoot the service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Information may be processed through the providers described in the Privacy Policy.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
NURA branding, website design, original content, software, and materials are owned by With Love Ana or used under appropriate permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative commercial works from protected NURA materials without written permission, except where permitted by law.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
NURA is provided on an as-available basis.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, or error-free operation.
16. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NURA is provided as is and as available.
We do not guarantee:
- A particular emotional result.
- Permanent calm or clarity.
- Complete accuracy.
- Continuous availability.
- That NURA will meet every personal need.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, With Love Ana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of NURA.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a limitation is legally permitted, total liability relating to a paid subscription will not exceed the amount paid for NURA during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access when a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Attempts fraud or abuse.
- Circumvents access restrictions.
- Creates security or legal risk.
A user may stop using NURA at any time.
19. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms do not select an exclusive jurisdiction or venue.
Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, and other laws remain in effect according to the circumstances and location of the parties.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when NURA, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change.
The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
